Managing Executive Partner will have a proven track record; and may feasibly already have an investment opportunity with EBITDA ranging from $2M to $10M requiring private placement.

International private equity firm with capital to invest in, or acquire American and/or Canadian businesses seeks talented operating executives to participate in co-ventures. Managing Executive Partner will have a proven track record; and may feasibly already have an investment opportunity with EBITDA ranging from $2M to $10M requiring private placement.

We are currently seeking to identify executives that:

• are interested in acquiring the business they are managing (Management Buyout);
• have identified a business that they would like to acquire and manage; or
• have prepared a specific investment thesis but need assistance in finding the right investment target.

Operating executives must have a verifiable track record of success with P&L responsibility as CEO, COO, President or General Manager of a company or division with revenues of at least $25M. Executives who have only served in a CFO role do not qualify.
